    The 35 and 40m2 studios have been designed and fitted out in such a way that the occupants can make the most of every available square metre without compromising on comfort. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a feeling of calm. All the studios have a spacious living-dining room, a separate toilet, a cupboard with a cloakroom, a dressing room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a contemporary shower. The bedroom is separated by a wall in which the television is mounted.

    The finishing for the studios is based on an all-in-one concept and includes a cloakroom and storage cupboards, a fitted TV, and a warm white paint finish.

    As an expatriate, it’s a real pleasure to live and work in Luxembourg City. Previously, I only ever stayed in a hotel but, over the past few years, I’ve realised that I’d rather feel at home. A studio in the Victor Hugo complex seemed like the perfect solution. As it is just moments away from where I work, I really feel like I’m coming home at the end of a hard day.
    The district also has some considerable assets when it comes to leisure and relaxation. Feeling at home beats anything an impersonal hotel can offer and, at the end of the day, this studio is also a profitable investment.
